A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided no more than 10% of the program is complete and no certificate of completion has been issued. A one-time transfer to another NAHCP program may be requested on the same terms, subject to NAHCP approval.
Do not assume that every enrollment can automatically be transferred.
