Fellowship Academy™ offers comprehensive, multidisciplinary educational pathways designed to deepen knowledge across leadership, operations, workforce, clinical-support and other healthcare disciplines. Each Fellowship brings together established NAHCP programs into a single 225-hour course of study.

The Structure
What Is Fellowship Academy™?
Each Fellowship is a 225-hour educational pathway assembled from established NAHCP programs — five 39-hour Professional Development Academy™, one 20-hour Healthcare Simulation Lab™, and one specialized 10-hour program.
195 Hours + 20 Hours + 10 Hours = 225 Hours
The specific programs within each Fellowship are selected according to its subject and focus, so the components differ from one Fellowship to another.
