Should I complete a Leadership Academy™ program before a fellowship?
Direct Answer
Not necessarily. There is no required sequence between them.
The Full Answer
Both provide substantial development, and neither is formally a prerequisite for the other. What matters is whether you already have the professional foundation and experience to benefit from advanced-level study.
Some learners build leadership knowledge through a 117-hour Leadership Academy™ program first and later pursue a fellowship. Others come to a fellowship from significant practical leadership experience instead.
If you are unsure, comparing the intended audience and learning objectives of both against your current responsibilities is more useful than assuming an order.
Your Next Step
Compare the intended audience of both against your experience and goals.
